What meal packages are offered at the Premier Hotel?
The complex offers two types of meals on a rich buffet in the main restaurant: Half board and Full board.
- Included are: water, juice, tea, coffee and milk for breakfast. Water and juice (dispenser) are included for lunch and dinner. Alcoholic beverages and daily snacks are not included. All meal packages end with breakfast on the day of departure.
- The hotel does not operate on an all-inclusive basis and does not offer packages with alcoholic beverages.
- Any additional consumption in restaurants is ordered and paid for separately.
- Theme dinners: Guests with Full and Half Board packages can benefit from one free theme dinner for every fifth day of their stay. Reservations are made only at reception and are subject to availability.
What are the meal times at the block table?
07:30-10:00 Breakfast, 12:30-14:00 Lunch, 18:00-21:00 Dinner
Do you offer free umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach?
The sun loungers and pergolas for shade around the pools are free and can be used freely by all guests. Sun loungers cannot be reserved in advance.
The beach is public, belonging to the municipality and has a free and paid area, a bar and beach sports for a fee.
Do you offer parking place?
Yes, the parking is free, unguarded, in front of the main entrance, open with a sufficiently large capacity. Reservation is not possible.
What time is check-in?
Check-in after 3 pm, Check-out by 11 am.
Do you offer early check-in and late check-out?
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability at the time of arrival/departure.
Our receptionists will be happy to accommodate you if the room is ready.
Late check-out is only possible if the apartment is not booked on the same day. Additional fees apply for check-out after 1:00 PM.
Requests must be made at the reception at least one day before the departure date.
What type of activities would you provide for the children?
- Diverse children’s animation every day with a professional team of animators.
- Evening disco for all ages.

Do you offer baby cots and high chairs?
Yes, baby travel cots and high chairs are available, provided upon request in advance to ensure availability upon your arrival.
How many pools are there at the hotel?
There are three swimming pools, one with 2 water slides, one heated swimming pool with a children’s section and a special children’s pool. All pools are seasonal, outdoor. There are no indoor pools.
What is the water in the pools?
The water for the swimming pools is supplied by a licensed borehole.
It is purified, filtered and disinfected fresh water, not seawater, designed to be safe for bathing.
The water temperature depends on natural solar heating and air temperature.
Requirements for using the water slides?
Minimum height of those descending – 100 cm.
Children under 8 years old must be under parental supervision. Children should be under parental supervision at all times.
Water depth 140 cm.
Opening hours: pools 09:00-19:30, lifeguard 09:00-16:30.
Are pool towels provided?
Yes, towels are provided free of charge, available in each room. Use for the beach is not allowed.

How can I request a floor, room number, view or proximity to my reservation?
Please note any preferences and requests in the “Notes” section when making your reservation.
We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but please note that all rooms/apartments are subject to availability upon arrival. Proximity to rooms cannot be guaranteed during high season.
What is the cancellation policy?
The advance payments /deposits/ are not refundable, but can be transferred and used for a new reservation for a subsequent period within the same or the next season.
Changing the dates is free of charge, according to the current price offers available on the site.
The above rules apply only to reservations made directly through the Fort Noks Ltd sites, without the participation of tour operators and various reservation systems. For reservations through tour operators or reservation systems, the rules set by the respective tour operator or reservation system apply.
Do you offer airport transfers?
No, we do not organize airport transfers, but we work with an authorized taxi company that offers taxi transfers to the hotel upon prior request. Contact us for more information.
Do you accept pets?
No, pets are not allowed at the Premier Hotel.
Is there a minimum age for visitors?
No, there is none! The complex is designed for a perfect family vacation as well as a romantic getaway. It offers a welcoming, elegant and fun atmosphere for guests of all ages.
Do you have a charging station for electric vehicles?
Not yet. The closest ones are in Sveti Vlas and Sunny Beach.
