Booking a vacation always comes with questions — and we’re happy to answer them here, rather than have you piece them together from review sites. Whether you’re comparing our hotel to others or have already chosen us, here are the most frequently asked questions from our guests before booking.
Location and How to Reach Us
Where exactly is Premier Fort Beach located? We are located in the beautiful seaside town of Sveti Vlas, at 7 Mesta Street — directly on the beach, in the quieter part of the resort, close to both the center of Sveti Vlas and Marina Dinevi yacht harbor. The town center is an easy walk away, and Sunny Beach and the historic town of Nessebar, listed as a UNESCO site, are a short drive or bus ride away.
What is the nearest airport and how do I get to the hotel? Burgas Airport is the closest — about 30 km away, meaning a 25–40 minute transfer. Varna Airport is a second option, a bit farther away. Most guests arrange a private transfer or taxi in advance; if you book through a tour operator, transfer is often included in the package.
Is the hotel located on the beach? Yes — Premier Fort Beach is located directly on the shore, with direct access to the beach. There’s no need to cross a street or use transport to reach the sand. There is a free area as well as a paid area equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach in front of our hotel.
Rooms and Reservations
What types of rooms and apartments do you offer? We offer a variety of accommodation options: studios, family rooms, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments, most with sea views or partial sea views, pool views, or garden views. The larger apartments have an equipped kitchen — ideal for families who want the freedom to cook for themselves, alongside the option to dine at our restaurants.
What time is check-in and check-out? Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM. If you need an earlier check-in or later check-out, please contact reception in advance — we’ll do our best to arrange it, depending on availability.
Are pets allowed? We do not offer pet-friendly accommodation. Next door is Prestige Fort Hotel, part of our chain, which does allow pets. Guests of Prestige Fort have access to the grounds of Premier Fort Beach.
Is there parking? Yes, free parking is available on-site for all guests.
Dining and Meal Packages
What restaurants are on the hotel grounds? Premier Fort Beach has four restaurants: The Chef’s — our main restaurant with a rich buffet, the themed restaurants Origin and Signature, and The Taste, offering an à la carte menu. Guests also have access to bars by the pool and in the restaurants. Among them, you’re sure to find enough variety to avoid eating the same thing twice.
What meal packages do you offer? We offer accommodation with breakfast, half board, or full board. The buffet at our main restaurant, The Chef’s, is exceptionally varied. Breakfast includes water, juice, tea, coffee, and milk, while lunch and dinner include free soft drinks. Alcoholic beverages are not included in the standard packages but can be ordered separately. Our waitstaff are available to you at all times. Guests with half board or full board who have booked a stay of five or more nights receive one free dinner at a themed restaurant. Advance reservation is required.
Can I book self-catering instead of a meal package? Yes — our studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments have an equipped kitchenette, so you can combine cooking for yourself with dining at our restaurants whenever you like.
Pools, Families, and Entertainment
Does the hotel have a pool? We have three pools, one with two water slides, plus a separate children’s pool and a heated pool with a children’s area — there’s something for every age. Our heated pool extends the enjoyment of swimming even during the cooler hours of the day.
Is Premier Fort Beach suitable for families with young children? Yes — this is one of the things we’re best known for. Between the children’s pools, the menu tailored for little ones, free cribs and high chairs upon request, and the daily entertainment program, our families tell us they can’t wait to come back to us again, year after year.
Is there entertainment or activities for children and adults? Our entertainment team runs a daily program of activities for children and evening entertainment for the whole family — you don’t need to leave the complex to have fun.
What wellness facilities do you offer? Guests have access to an outdoor gym, a beauty studio, massage services, and table tennis.
Practical Questions
Do I need to bring my own towels? No — towels are provided for every bed, and apartment cleaning and towel changes are done daily. Bed linen is changed once a week for stays of 5 nights or more.
Is Wi-Fi included? Yes, free Wi-Fi is available everywhere — in the rooms and common areas.
What is the best season to visit? It depends on what you’re looking for. From June to August the sea is warmest and all pools operate at full capacity, while spring and September are ideal if you prefer a somewhat quieter atmosphere without giving up warm weather.
